Refund & Return Policy

At Luxrify.com, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene/safety considerations, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear images/video proof of the issue

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


2. No Returns Accepted For

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Products without full unboxing video proof

  • Sale or discounted items


3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued if:

  • A replacement is not available

  • The order is canceled before dispatch

  • The product is out of stock

  • Delivery fails due to our error

Refunds are processed through your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or provider.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Record a full unboxing video (mandatory).

  2. Email us within 48 hours at luxurify.in@gmail.com.

  3. Include your order ID and clear photos/videos.

We will replace or refund after verification.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund is delayed:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your card company

  • Contact your bank

1. Shipping Locations

We ship across all major cities and pin codes in India.


2. Shipping Time

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Delivery Time: 4–8 business days depending on location.

Metro areas may receive orders faster.

Note: Holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays may affect timelines.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if any) will be shown at checkout.
We may offer:

  • Free shipping on selected products

  • Free shipping above a certain cart value (if applicable)


4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Courier partner name

  • Tracking link

It may take 24 hours for tracking to update.


5. Delivery Attempts

Couriers will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address

  • No response

  • Phone not reachable

The package may be returned to us.

Re-shipping fees may apply if the customer requests re-delivery.


6. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for failed deliveries if:

  • The customer entered an incorrect address

  • The customer provided an unreachable phone number

We are not responsible for:
