1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and pin codes within India.
If your address is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you promptly.


2. Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team processes it within:

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
(Excludes Sundays and public holidays)

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, high-demand seasons, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
We may offer:

  • Free shipping on select items

  • Free shipping above a certain cart value

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier partner name

  • A link to track your shipment

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
Delivery may fail if:

  • No one is available to receive the package

  • Phone number is unreachable

  • Address is incorrect or incomplete

If returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure:

  • Full address

  • Landmark

  • Active phone number

Luxrify.com is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Delays may happen due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals or holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Logistic partner delays

If a shipment is lost or significantly delayed, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
A replacement or refund will be issued only after courier confirmation.


9. Damaged Parcels

If your package appears tampered with or damaged:

  1. Record an unboxing video

  2. Take clear photos

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will assist with a replacement or refund after verification.


10. International Shipping

At this time, Luxrify.com only ships within India.
International shipping may be added in the future.
